Our Annual Report looks back at what Fairoak has achieved during 2025/26 and what we are planning for the year ahead.

We also share stories from tenants, information about repairs and complaints, how we have spent our money, and the activities and opportunities provided through Friends of Fairoak.
Listening to tenants is an important part of what we do. The report shows how your feedback has helped us make changes and improve the way we work.
We also look ahead to 2026/27, including our plans to improve homes, provide more housing, make homes more energy efficient and give tenants more opportunities to have their say.

Message from the Chair of the Fairoak Board, Sarah Parr
“This year has been one of progress, change and opportunity. Throughout it all, we have remained focused on what matters most: providing great homes and helping tenants live well, with as much independence as possible.
I am, as always, proud of the way tenants, staff, volunteers and Board members have worked together to make Fairoak such a special organisation. From the work of the Owls and Friends of Fairoak, to the continued commitment of our staff team, people have gone above and beyond to support one another.
As we look to the future, I am excited about the next chapter for Fairoak and the opportunities ahead.”
