How to apply for a Fairoak property

If you would like to be considered for supported housing with Fairoak please contact us on 01539 720082 or email enquiries@fairoakhousing.co.uk for an informal chat or complete our application form.

To be considered for supported living with Fairoak you must have

  • Evidence of a diagnosis of autism or learning disability
  • Evidence of a need to live in supported living accommodation
  • The ability to meet the rental and service charge payments. This includes those who would be entitled to Housing Benefit.

Once we have received your application form or a referral, one of our housing officers will contact you to arrange to meet and talk more about your housing and support needs.

We will tell you more about Fairoak and the application process.

If your application is successful, you will either be put on our waiting list or if we have a suitable vacancy offered a tenancy in one of our supported living homes.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will write and explain our decision to you and offer you the right to appeal.
