After thirteen wonderful years, our Chief Executive, Lisa Chant, has decided that the time is right to leave Fairoak.
To reassure you, Lisa plans to remain at Fairoak until we find a new Chief Executive. In the meantime, the home you know and the support you receive will all continue.
For over a decade, Lisa has led Fairoak with real dedication and care. In that time, she has helped build a place where people feel safe, supported and included, and we are determined that is not going to change.
Over the next few months, the Board will take great care to find the right person to lead Fairoak in its next chapter. This is an important decision and will not be rushed, and we promise to keep everyone informed along the way.
“Leading Fairoak has been the greatest joy of my working life.” says Lisa, “For thirteen years, I have had the privilege of working alongside remarkable people- our tenants, their families, and a team I could not be prouder of.”
“Deciding to leave Fairoak has been a difficult choice, but I am not going anywhere just yet. I will continue doing the work I love to make sure Fairoak is in the strongest possible position for our next Chief Executive.”
