Your tenancy is the agreement between you and Fairoak.
It explains:
- what Fairoak must do
- what you must do as a tenant
- how we will work with you to look after your home
If you need help to understand your tenancy, please tell us.
Your tenancy agreement
Your tenancy agreement tells you about your rights and responsibilities.
This includes things like:
- paying your rent and service charge
- looking after your home
- reporting repairs
- letting us in for safety checks
- being respectful to neighbours, staff and other people
- keeping shared areas safe and clear
Fairoak must also keep your home safe, carry out repairs we are responsible for, and listen to tenants.
Rent, repairs and safety checks
Your tenancy is linked to important housing services. This includes:
- rent and service charges
- repairs and maintenance
- home safety checks
- planned work to homes
Please tell us if something in your home is broken, unsafe or worrying you.
We will look at the problem and tell you what needs to happen next.
Changes to your tenancy
Please contact us if you want to talk about:
- moving home
- ending your tenancy
- who can live in your home
- changes to your support needs

We can talk to you about your options.
