Overview
Friends of Fairoak supports tenant trips, events and activities through fundraising, grants and donations. As it continues to grow, we’re looking for a Volunteer Coordinator to help organise events, fundraising and community.
About the Role
This role supports tenant wellbeing by helping plan events, develop fundraising ideas and build relationships with supporters and the local community.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and coordinate tenant events and trips
- Help develop fundraising campaigns
- Support grant and sponsorship applications

Provide basic updates on impact and fundraising
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience or interest in fundraising, events or community/charity work
- Organised, friendly and confident communicating with others

Passionate about inclusion and making a positive difference
Time Commitment
Flexible, ideally around 1 day per week (or equivalent) based in Fairoak’s Kendal office .
