Tenant Satisfaction Measures

The Tenant Satisfaction Measures help to show how well we are doing with the services we provide to our tenants and help us to identify areas for improvement.

The results are spilt into two parts:

  1. A tenant perception survey, that gives our tenants the opportunity to give us feedback.
  2. And information about building safety and property maintenance, that shows we are working to the required standards.

In 2024, we contacted 100% of our relevant tenants to ask if they’d like to complete a Tenant Perception Survey. 75% responded to the surveys.

The surveys were all carried out face-to-face by our tenant engagement officer, this allowed us to speak to the individual tenants in their own homes and to discuss their answers with support workers where appropriate.

From July to September 2024, 78 surveys were completed. These were all face to face with a paper form. We asked the 12 regulatory Tenant Perception questions and three open ended questions at the end of the survey. We’ve engaged the Acuity Benchmarking Data for 2023 for smaller providers to understand the sectors performance and trends.

With our ongoing commitment to putting tenants at the heart of everything we do, we will use these results and continue to work with our tenants to improve our services.

*Please note that the majority of figures throughout the report show the results as percentages. The percentages are rounded up or down from multiple decimal places in the results file to the nearest whole number, and for this reason, may not in all cases add up to 100%. However the overall percentage of satisfaction shows the figure that is required by the Regulator of Social Housing.
