Lisa
Chief Executive
Lisa has worked for Fairoak since January 2014. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and has extensive experience from working in a variety of housing and support settings for over 25 years.
Sharon
Finance Officer
Sharon manages Fairoak’s budgets and accounts. She has worked for Fairoak since August 2015 and has worked in finance for over 30 years.
John
Asset & Compliance Manager
John joined Fairoak in 2022 and his role involves supporting the housing team with repairs and planned works and making sure we stay up to date with all the changes in legislation. John has worked within several sectors utilising his building services, commercial and business compliance knowledge, training and understanding.
Alison
Customer Engagement Officer
Alison joined Fairoak in September 2021 as our Customer Engagement Officer. Her role will focus on tenant involvement and participation across the Association alongside working with and listening to the voice of our customer and tenants. She has worked with people with learning disabilities and autism in the education and charity sector for over 20 years.
James
Housing & Support Officer
James joined Fairoak in October 2023 as one of our Housing and Support Officers. He will be dealing with all aspects of management visits, repairs and housing issues. James will also be working alongside our Asset and Compliance Manager and supporting our Customer Engagement Officer.
Tom
Repairs and Maintenance Administrator
Tom joined us in June 2024 and works closely with Fairoak’s Repairs and Maintenance Officer and our Housing Officer. He is responsible for logging tenant’s repairs and making sure they are completed on time.
John (JD)
Repairs and Maintenance Technician
John, or JD, joined us in May 2025 as our Maintenance and Repairs Technician. He’ll be working with the Housing Team to make your repairs are completed in a timely manner.
