Experience and Skills

Joined the Board of directors in September 2007. Retired in 2006 after 42 years in local government working for a number of Councils in the north west of England. As a housing professional he was Director of Housing for Wigan Council from 1994-2002 and Chief Executive of Wigan and Leigh Housing from 2002-2006. He is a 'Fellow' of the Chartered Institute of Housing and was a advisor to the Local Government Association.
