I am a retired Civil Engineer who lives in Crosthwaite; I joined the Board of directors in April 2007 and was invited to be Chairman in July 2008. I have extensive experience of the role of Director, over the last eight years. I have also been involved with housing management and the property maintenance management, for the large housing stock of two London Boroughs.
