We regularly invite all tenants and their families to discuss all issues relating to their home environment. We normally do this through social events where tenants meet the Fairoak Team to exchange ideas.

One of the Associations support providers (The Oaklea Trust) has established customer forums allowing tenants to put forward their views on the service being provided and their future plans and desires. The Association takes part in a joint meeting twice a year to gather the views of its tenants.

We continually review our services to ensure they are of the highest standard. We meet tenants and residents to ensure that their wishes are incorporated into all development plans.

Tenant representatives are also involved in determining service plans and work priorities.If you are a tenant or family member and would like to be part of a review group or to be involved in the consultations for any particular topic please contact us.
