Just a quick update from our recent wine tasting fundraising evening, the winner of the signed Manchester United pennant was Dean from the Cumberland Building Society here in Kendal.
The pennant was very kindly donated by the Manchester United Foundation and is signed by first team players Ashley Young, Chris Smalling, David de Gea and Antonio Valencia.
The Manchester United Foundation receive thousands of requests for support throughout the year and everyone at Fairoak Housing Association was thrilled to receive such a kind gift.
Huge thanks again to Manchester United for their support and also to the players mentioned for signing the pennant. The whole evening was a great success and we raised an incredible £3,191.87!
