Rents
Rents are met primarily through housing benefit or personal contributions
dependent on the individual's circumstances. In setting fair rents the
Association takes account of local market trends and the specialist nature
of the accommodation on offer. We are always happy to discuss how we can
assist with financial arrangements.
The Association has access to many different types of capital funding
streams to finance new developments and the renovation or adaptation of
properties to meet the needs of our customers. We are not restricted to
geographical areas, so don’t be frightened to contact us to discuss
your needs further.
